Graduated from the Université de Montréal in Industrial relations and member of the CRIA since 1987, Robert has worked in many regions throughout Quebec and Ontario.
Perfectly bilingual, he held several key positions in large companies such as Coop Fédérée (now Sollio Cooperative Group), Volailles Maxi Canada, Falconbridge Mine Raglan, Bell Nordiq Group, Osisko, Montpak International and Montpak.
Throughout his career, he has bargained a number of collective agreements in both a traditional context and interest-based, for the manufacturing, Mining, Food and Telecommunications sectors. He also managed and supervised more than 500 recruitment mandates for key positions in these same sectors.
Result-oriented and firm believer in a win-win approach, he negotiated more than 100 collective agreements and managed important negotiations with Indigenous communities in the context of mining activities in Ontario and Northern Quebec.
Beyond labor relations which are his strength, Robert is proud of his success in corporate reorganizations, the implementation of human relations departments, and kicking off major projects such as the relocation of part of a community for the OSISKO mining project in Malartic.
In 2020, his career takes a new direction when he decides to partner with DSC. His practice is mostly oriented towards bargaining collective agreements, searching for executives, mobilization conferences and strategic counsel increase corporate HR power.
