ANDRÉ SAVARD, B.A., LL.L., CRHA
With more than 25 years of experience in management and human resource management, primarily in organizational development, motivation, communication and change management, André Savard brings a solid and diversified background to the Company.
Initially, he worked as a consultant and administrator in the government sector. Following this, he held several management positions within companies such as CIL Inc., Johnson & Johnson and Gaz Métropolitain.
His contribution to the achievements of these firms led him to the position of Vice-President of Human Resources.
Serving as a consultant since 1989, he first worked as the senior manager for a national firm and then founded his own company.
Over the years, he has advised several companies as they have gone through major changes. He has intervened on numerous occasions to improve organizational performance. He has also helped several organizations develop and implement communication and motivation programs.
Over the past ten years, he has focused on non-monetary recognition. As a result of his research, lectures, experience and commentary, he is recognized as an expert in the field and is sought after as a speaker.
