FRANÇOIS MACHABEE, B. Sc. Ri., CRHA
François Machabée has acquired over 20 years experience as head of Human Resources department and member of the management team in several organizations, including Québec-Lait Inc. Agropur, coopérative agro-alimentaire, Natrel Inc. and Unilever Inc.
Working as a consultant since 1997, his expertise lies primarily in Human Resources management, organizational strategy and development, staffing, labour relations, as well as mergers and acquisitions situations.
Versatile and experienced in industrial relations, François focuses on the prevention and detection of problematic situations, with a coaching approach. He is able to fill interim executive positions of Human Resources and labour relations. As required, he can also proceed with the revision of policies and Human Resources systems.
