LAURIE LE BRETON, M. Ed., CRHA
Holder of a Master's Degree in Education, specializing in adult learning, Laurie Le Breton has nearly 30 years' experience as a human resources management consultant. He has worked mainly for a large financial institution (Desjardins), but also as a coordinator for the Public Service Commission of Canada and lecturer professor at Université de Montréal.
Since 2003, Laurie has been a consultant for large corporations and SMEs. His practice is mainly focused on workforce and succession planning, skills and talent development, coaching managers, mobilization, and performance management.
With his straightforward, client-centred approach and tools, he focuses on immediate sustainable results based on business plan objectives.
