DENIS DESSUREAULT, B. Adm., CRIA
Denis Dessureault has accumulated 25 years of experience as the senior executive responsible for a human resources department and a member of the management team within three organizations. First, he worked in the health sector, at the Centre hospitalier St-Jean, then in the forestry sector with Normick Perron inc., where he served as the Vice-President of Human Resources. Finally, he worked in the agricultural cooperative sector, with the Coopérative fédérée de Québec, where he served as the general manager of human resources.
Focusing on negotiations, he has intervened, both in terms of supervision and policies and as a spokesman, in renewing a large number of collective agreements.
He has also acted as an advisor for several companies for recruiting and selecting senior managers. He has contributed to the implementation of strategic turnarounds where management type, motivation and communication played a major role. He has advised numerous boards of directors and served on several others.
A consultant since 1995, his expertise is primarily in the fields of executive searches, executive coaching and labour relations.
