DSC, which has been active in the field of executive searches since 1995, has developed a procedure, a structure and rigorous process that enable it to help its clients identify and attract candidates that satisfy their needs.

Principal steps in our recruiting process:

• Determine the profile of the position to be filled with the client and develop a clear understanding of the skills sought, the scope of the responsibilities, the degree of autonomy, and the stakes associated with the position, as well as the success factors;
• Ensure an understanding of the client's needs, its organization, culture and traditions, and the manner in which the candidate is to interact with his/her colleagues;
• Identify the target markets with the client;
• Use our resources (databases, business directories, networks, etc.) to identify potential candidates;
• Approach potential clients and determine their interest for the position;
• Examine the pertinence of the applications received with the client;
• Make a pre-selection and present the finalist candidates to the client;
• Help the client during the selection interviews, if required;
• Check the references of the final candidate rigorously;
• Take part in preparing the employment offer presented to the candidate;
• Follow-up at three, six and twelve months.
